It is very important to secure your business data through the backup system using Floppy Disks, Flash device,Re-Writeable CD's or any other Hard Drives. To do so, click the Menu "File" and select item "Backup". In the appeared dialog box, choose a location and name for the backup file and save it in any of the available backup drives
